I think I would expect an apology if I was him not abuse which is not required on this forum. If I got blasted like that in my first few posts I would also look for another forum. Take a chill pill and please be decent - it is not any member of the forums fault that Chrysler doesn't want to play with you. And by the service managers response it sounds like you were not playing very nice with him either.
