Well, a few years ago Fred ran over a quarter inch wide metal hollow straw like thing at 80+ MPH....I got it stopped before there was any wheel damage.....but when I pulled it out & hooked up the fixaflat stuff to the compressor......it wouldn't inflate.....stuck my head under the car & discovered an 8-10 inch x 2 inch wide gash that the wheel made in the tire when it rapidly deflated. That was a good 6 hour disaster...till I got a ride home and took one of the 19s off Wilma & go back to Fred.
