Take a chill pill and please be decent - it is not any member of the forums fault that Chrysler doesn't want to play with you. And by the service managers response it sounds like you were not playing very nice with him either.
Life is short to be miserable.
First of all, you know nothing about me or my efforts to resolve this issue not only for myself but other members. When someone comes on the scene spouting bullshit, I call it like I see it. All it does is make other members repeat all of their actions over and over again. Chrysler does not want to play with anyone other than the designate owners in the golden states. Chrysler wants us to play with ourselves while they continue to ignore a serious safety hazard. I doubt NHTSA has the ***** to force a recall. There are probably thousands of cars involved outside of the golden states. By the way, I was playing nice with the service manager. He had told me he was going to run it up to their court of last resort and get back to me. He did not. I called to ask him about it and then he went into this crap of not wanting to be rude. Well selling a vehicle that has a good chunk of glass coming out of it and pretending it's alright is pretty rude. If you go by a Chrysler dealer, you will encounter low morale, a bunch of people wandering around aimlessly. It's from top to bottom. Sergio should dump Chrysler and beef up the FIAT brand
