No, you will have to add at least one wire. I have added this unit to two Crossfires, the first an '04 which was pre-wired for the GPS and thus needed no wires to be added. My '05 SRT6 needed two wires to be added according to the instructions, but I only added one as I could not find the reverse wire to splice the new wire into, it works fine without it.
The OEM GPS is about 9 years out of date with no updates available, I do not care as I wanted the car to have that option anyway, it gets you there, it is a bit antiquated but as long as the road was there in 2003 you are fine. I use a Garmin or a Magellan.
