I have driven down the road and seen peoples tires running out of alignment to the rims. It seems to me that this would not work out too good in those conditions.

Tires are not too great sometimes and are way out of round etc. and sometimes are poorly mounted and are not up to the lip evenly. Also they have may have been slammed into a curb.
