Yeah. I just installed 6.5" Pyles with a bit of Dremel whittling. No improvement at all. To my ear, the X3 sized magnet is of no use if one must direct the signal to them through the OEM amp. I'm seriously considering installing a separate sub amp and run them direct from the Pioneer HU I have.
