Oh.. on the "harm leaving as is?" Mines been this way for two years now.. If I threw it hard enough into a corner to loose it.. or wasn't careful enough myself on rain and or snow.. I might wish I had it working.. None of my other cars had this feature.. and still have all the fenders intact.. LOL. Actually a pain in the vette.. turn it off every time I start the car.
