My comments above are in reference to the damn Ford Service van I drove at Transcomm. Pulsing the brakes like ABS does means you stop in a straighter line, but it takes farther to stop.

ABS does treat drivers like idiots, and Im not sure it is a good thing. WHen I want to stop, I want to STOP.
