Thanks for answering, I would rather have a take-off/put-on installation with no drilling/modifying.
I think the upper grille is designed / fabricated to be a direct bolt on unit. The lower grilles being open wire mesh should accommodate the temperature sensor without interference but I am double checking with the manufacturer on both questions just to be certain. I'll get back to you.
