Is the climate control system on the 2004 Crossfire a semi-automatic system or a fully manual system? Other than manual operation of the blower motor and air output settings, is setting the temperature thumbwheels controlling any kind of automatic temperature regulating system or does it only regulate the monovalve or air mixture manually, with no input from thermostats etc?

I recall reading in the manual on air conditioning mode that it made no difference turning the temperature wheels to colder that the system would cool down at the same speed regardless. But does this hold true for the heat?

My Mercedes is equipped with a full-automatic system in that you set the temperature and it maintains that temperature regardless of interior or exterior temperature, and regulates fan speeds too. As the interior reaches the set temperature range, the air will become cooler and warmer depending on variation from the set temp. Will the system in the Crossfire do this also?
