Doc is correct about the spoiler---Audi had to recall and put spoilers on the TTs when they first came out years ago. Of course, the spoilers Audi installed were fixed but they were needed because of the same problems at higher speeds; that rounded back end just does not make any down force.
Now that you know about the spoiler and should you sell it to an individual and they crash---WOW, a first year lawyer could win that one.
That spoiler is just as important as brakes or good tires at speed. You do not need this possible headache---not worth it---fix it or dump it at auction.
