The real problem here is just book value, the knowledge is out there about it being stripped, and the fact it has had body work. We all know we have seen nice SRT's go for 10-12K, which I don't like, but we all have witnessed here. Now, strip that same car, add damage...and it is what it is. The car looks good, and I think it would bring the $7k....but, If I were the buyer and found out about all this later, I wouldn't like it. So, yes, disclose to the buyer all this up front, and sign off on the spoiler liability, and take $7k and run. I wouldn't do it, but someone else might....
