I replaced my cupholder with the storage bin today and I'm thrilled about it. It will be much more useful to me this way. I've already created a very workable cupholder of my own so the near useless stock one was expendable. I also like the way it looks.

As an added bonus, in the process, I was finally able to get to the wires that feed the cigarette lighter and now my Sirius radio is hard-wired in. No more cigarette lighter adapter and exposed wires!!! Yay!!!

Thanks for your guidance, danimal. You were right, you gotta pull on that brake handle with all (and I mean ALL) your might. (Now tell me how to get it all the way back on.)
