That photo appears to show the whole door pull but the number is for the front part. For the price you would expect all two parts The main part looks like it has the front part on all ready. There actually looks like two front parts in the picture one front on and one front off, three parts total. I would check before I paid and then only received the front part.
See this post (it has the part numbers in it) and do a Google custom search using that part number.

I did the Google search and that front cover (68003474AA) costs $220 plus. The rear part must cost a small fortune. I have spares of both covers.
