It could be done, if anyone were bothered enough to follow through... We're talking about a shared platform, with tunable tables. The rest is fabbing and dyno time. If it were marketed to our MB cousins, along with the 3-5% of the some 2,900 SRTs produced, it has a chance. -However unlikely it may be.

But on second thought: I haven't read the entire thread (understandably so) but I'm forced to ask myself, if EC has one, why haven't they developed a kit?
