I ask because my Buicks usually start on the first touch (almost "on the spark"). Turn key on, wait a beat for the fuel pump to prime if sitting overnight, than half a crank and off.


Have had a lot of cold natured cars but usually with carbs, not FI. Is this normal for a Crossfire or is there something I should be looking at ?
No, mine starts at once. You may have a leak back of the pressure from filter.
