I replaced the battery in my 2005 Roadster last summer with an Interstate MTP-48/H6. Other than the clock and radio channels everything worked perfect. Perhaps you where thinking of the pwr steering pump or fluid with the left right thing. With all the electronics in these babies, the battery is critical. Rose
