OK, thanks. I Googled my issue and got a lot of info, but did get the info you are giving me. as far as the emissions test, the state of South Carolina doesn't require one. but thanks, ill take a look at the relay and solder joints and move from there. its probably best i run it to an auto shop so they can properly diagnos the issue...
