Do you still have that OEM idler pulley on there? If so, that is most likely the source of your noise and I would bet it is probably your ONLY problem. Take off the serpentine belt and spin that pulley . . . see if it spins rough and noisy . . .
OK.. ill do it NOW .... after i check it ill log back on and let you know.....
