I would suggest you change out that pulley (They ALL go bad because it is a small pulley and it spins too fast causing the bearing to fail prematurely). I suspect that is probably your only problem. Here is a link to buy a new idler pulley (you want that first pulley shown in the link)

BUT FYI - Rather than put the same pulley back on there, I would suggest you consider the Pulley Saver Kit from Needswings

or the LateModel 21 belt wrap kit

Both will eliminate that (destined to fail) idler pulley.
