We can't believe that the rear window detachment is anything other than a poor design and/or manufacturing process that has been well documented hundreds of times over the past 5 years on this forum. There was an SRT near our home with a fallen window, could not contact owner. They may have known nothing about the Official Warranty Extension, 10yr/100,00mi, 2005's, only good for a few specific dealers of original sales. We think they traded it for a new Chrysler, (new one in their driveway).
We are original owners in Riverside Cty, CA, HOT summers w/humidity!
We tried "nice" w/cust. asst., their only offer was well under half the cost, they would NOT put it in writing, would NOT negotiate expired in 30 days! They might as well have come to our house and slapped us in the face!!! Never again Chrysler!
