P0455 is back. ...along with the flashing fuel light.

It went away for a while (the check engine light) but when I scan it before I go to get it smogged, the code is still there. Has been for the past month or so. Never went away.

The gas light has been blinking every other tank of gas. I filled my tank yesterday, drove 60 miles. This morning the gas light started flashing (more than 3/4 full) and the check engine light came on as well. Scanned it and same thing - code p0455. Also the emissions status LED went from yellow (when I scanned it yesterday indicating it might pass) to red today indicating it will not pass.

Any suggestions?
