The legal system does not get involved until someone involves it. Hopefully it will work out but once the decision is made to move forward then it is best to move quickly. That's my point - with their resistance to giving back people's deposits, what confidence do we have that they'll just up and turn over the car? I'd almost want to have a lawyer on speed dial when I went to pick it up!
Of course, I hope this is all hyperbole and BEGi realizes that the jig is up and that they can't keep fleecing their customers and that they give back the car without question or hesitation.
