I was all for weird custom out of the box swaps, until I talked to people who knew what they were talking about... Then I learned modern car electronics, and all it really comes down to is, is it worth the cost, time and hassel? Any numbers over what we have seem attractive, but put it into perspective. For half the hassel, cost and time you could have a factory 55K crossfire which could still be diagnosed (and believe me, you want Star DAS) and you would be around 493/516. Screw gas mileage, I'll take a rocket ship.
