Well, yesterday didn't turn out as I had hoped. I was third in a class of eight. Two of the faster guys in FS ran in the X-Pro class. So, I was really fifth out of ten.

The car didn't handle as well as I had anticipated. The front stuck really well--never pushed once. The rear, however, was very loose. I didn't adjust the Konis in the rear (they are set in the middle between full stiff and full soft). I need to get some practice and try setting them softer. The fronts were 1/4 turn from full stiff. I think that I'll increase the fronts to full stiff. I had 38 psi in the fronts, which according to the scuffing, was good. The rears had 37 psi, but I eventually dropped them to 35 psi.
My fastest raw time (I hit one cone) was my first run, which never is the case. I should have improved by at least 2-3 seconds, but on each run, the rear was really loose.
It was a 38-45 second course, depending on the car and driver. I should have been in the 40s, but I was in the 44s most of the runs. We only got four runs (there were more than 150 drivers registered).
Any advice on setup would be appreciated.
