Is fuse 35 (underhood accessory block) blown?

Other than that, I got nothing. The emergency flasher circuit(s) as depicted in the 05 manual are a TOTAL MESS in my eyes.
It is POSSIBLE that the flasher switch is bad, other than that, I got nothing.
