If the SKREEM has been replaced my best guess is the RCM. (Relay control module) After the RCM the CPS. (Crankshaft position sensor) Those are the most common no start culprits. The CPS usually throws a code that they'd read so I believe it's the RCM. Ask them if it could be the RCM with a innocent look on your face.
