15 weeks problem shooting and no repair
I metered all the fuses. Dealership couldn't have been get a crank out for it, because the was less that 12 vdc. I got it charged up to 16 vdc and got some cranks out of it, but battery isnt hold the charge (new battery). that is the current status..
Aero Blue SRT6.
I'm not sure what this means, dressing up and tiring does this mean finishing up and wiring or tying into? I was cleaning them up - tie wrapping.
I think you can forget about the radio and tell more, that means all details about the car quitting and what the symptoms were.
I have said what happened a wire shorted against the radio and i couldn't get it to start.

Any idea "which wire" it was? Car was turned completely off when this happened? Wondering if it could be traced to the component it went to from schematics.
Thats kind of where I was going. If you know which wire sparked, thats probably where the problem lies. The SKREEM and security measures are in play. Perhaps when You shorted the radio You set off the security system.
So the car never started again after the Wire sparked on the new head unit. So where does that wire go, what was it's function?
You said they replaced the Skreem already. They also recoded the keys properly. Now I do Not know this is true but my perception of replacing the SKREEM is that it is a tricky proposition that must be done a certain way. If you shorted, or triggered the SKREEM when you sparked the wire on the Head unit, perhaps the SKREEM is just not working on purpose. After all that is It's job. The same holds true for the new SKREEM. If it was screwed in place and hooked up but not activated ???
Anyways perhaps one of the Gurus can speak to this theory.

hi all,
I fixed a few of the issues left by the dealership. Now i am ready for your help.
I can get it to crank - twice and it stops and I have to pull the cable to stop the computer memory. They DS +\= dealership left me with a wing that goes up on shut down.
But i am looking for suggestions on going beyond 2 cranks and stop..

What a cluster.... Is Chrysler really this bad that they won't discipline a dealership? Your the dealer is lying his *** off and they take the word of the dealer over a customer. Number 1, and hope you listen this time. NO DEALERSHIP would have accepted a car to repair that was TORN all apart. NONE! So it isn't your word against theirs. It is the truth and a judge will see right through them. I would have had gone plum nuts seeing my car like that, and I can tell you the POLICE would have been called. That service order you signed is a valid contract in most states. They didn't fulfill their contract. It's your money. You may have shorted out the skreem module when you were installing the radio. I bet the dumbasses never even installed a new one...good luck.
Yep.. they'd have me in jail.. if not on the spot that day I'd probably be on video that night! As Doc has said.. Your car has the classic symptoms of a bad skreem module. Bad news is a dealer has to access and code it to the best of my knowledge. I don't know if Josh has poked his head into this area or not.
