What helps in these cases and it does not cost anything, you have to start a negative campaign about Chrysler service and the poor quality of service at this dealership.

At the moment they want you to fade away quietly and they may succeed in that if you do not fight for your rights. They sold the car and cannot fix it? This is not nuclear physics here. It's just a bloody car with over the counter parts in it.

See if you can get a reporter who makes waves for the consumer involved. A TV advocate would be the best as their comments go farther afield than a local print reporter.
I'd say getting a reasonable cash payout for the car is the least they can do and I mean a fair payout.

Bad publicity is the last thing they want these days. It costs money to get replacement customers, keeping the ones you have is cheaper in the long run.
