Update; the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair tells us that the Warranty Extension issue is "out of their jurisdiction" however they did lead us to another source of help. The Center for Auto Safety (autosafety.org) is a consumer support organization which attempts to cause government agencies, such as the NHTSA and the FTC to take action. As many of you know; the NHTSA has many complaints about our window failure on file, they even have the Service Bulletin/ Warranty Extension! PLEASE: every affected owner; File a complaint at autosafety.org (in 2011, Chrysler wrote the 10year/100,000mile terms, not us!) They CANNOT justify their subsequent geographical restriction and they should NOT be allowed to pick & choose who they want to help! Our complaint should be viewable on that website in a couple of days. We will not give up until all of the dirt settles! Then we will share more to our story. THANK YOU ALL!
