Austin, If you search this board you will find a how to on how to wire aftermarket radios with RCA preouts direct to your amp. Follow these instructions but instead of connecting the RCA outputs of a stereo connect your phone, MP3 Player or Tablet via a simple headphone jack to RCA cable.

If you want to Bluetooth direct to the amp, wire in something like this:
