Congratulations! Tried that # today, got a polite man who looked up TSB and Warranty Bulletin: US D-11-40. He could not explain the "9 States" either, but would not provide any resolution or negotiation. I politely told our entire experience, including having a copy of the "Letter & Claim Form for Reimbursement"
from another owner and He suggested that I try Customer Assistance again?
Note to All: the NHTSA website has TSB 23-035-11 Rev A, listed under 2005 Chrysler Crossfire Roadster, ( not "Crossfire Convertible") along with all the complaints. They should be getting many phone calls (888-327-4236) asking why your car is excluded?? (Hint-Hint!) Thanks & Good Luck to All!
