All the coils on the left side are covered with oil as I figured out last night when I was trying to clean the engine for the first time since I bought it
It most likely means the RTV sealant for the valve cover vents ( where the hoses connect ) has deteriorated and you need to remove, thoroughly clean and replace with new RTV sealant.
There is a sticky how-to on that, search for it.
