Then no. Parts and a motor will run you $2K for a high mileage 5.0, $3K plus for a decent mileaged 5.0 and parts. Then I charge $1500 for ECU work. You might be able to get the parts and motor for a 4.3 V8 for $1500, but the ECU work is still $1500.
