The PTCM/ECU is in a box under the hood with the BCM and RCM.
The Sound System power amp is under the passenger's feet.
The Top control Module is in the fenderwell, back on the driver's side near the pump.

The door locking pump is in the passenger side fender well (in a Roadster, I believe in a Coupe the Locking Pump is under the mat in the trunk).
