Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, I think my water pump is making that noise, but now maybe it's the tensioner?

I hear it to, at low idle. Oddly, the noise goes away when the secondary air pump runs! (Probably due to the load on the electrical system that the pump represents means the alternator changes the belt tension a bit.)
