As some other member said, amp outputs are 22W RMS and these speakers are 60W RMS

The power rating mismatch won't hurt anything. The rms wattge rating on the speakers only tells you the electrical power they can take before thermal damage to the voice coil occurs. A higher rating on the speakers just means you have to worry less about burning them up.
The
impedance rating is important. Make sure the amp is designed for the impedance of the speakers you'll be using.
In another car I have a 500w rms sub amp driving a subwoofer only rated for 100w rms. You know what? It sounds great. That amp will drive the subwoofer cleanly right up to the excursion limit (xmax) of the subwoofer, which has an awful sound once you hit it, and will definitely damage the sub if you continued to play it louder than that.
The rule always is: don't turn the music up past the point of audible distortion and you will be fine.
