After filling up and returning home, I noticed that my fuel door was open. After trying to shut it (I know about the lock pin) I realized that the spring type mechanism that holds the door closed was not working properly. If I push the door shut it will not sit flush with the body (the car was unlocked so the lock pin being closed is not the problem).
I will be taking the car into the dealer to get the problem fixed but I was wondering if anyone had a solution or similar experience?
