Yea, I know what that is: our "Super SPeeder" program. Normal ticket + just over $200 to the state.
They outright ADMIT is it simply a way to help with the state budget.
My friend got one of those, 66 in a 45 - just over $450 - and she runs a driver ed program for the state of Georgia!
