I will disassemble both of the devices(HU and the Bluetooth) and figure out a way to connect them to each other by disabling the CD input.
And I will connect the bluetooth adaptor to somewhere which has a 5volt current so I wont need to charge it ever again...

I have failed on the factory radio Bluetooth in my ml320 and c32 thus far, gave up and have the sun visor Bluetooth thingies in them now. @ ~ $40 it bought my way out of those headaches.
