I'm guessing that would help with leveling the tips, and could also suck the pipe in a little so it doesn't rattle against that cross-brace. I plan to go by an exhaust shop this Friday to see if they'll go for a ride with me, listen to the drone and vibration, and see what they can do to fix it.
