I did it myself but I'm used to working on cars. I will try and dig out the part number, I think it was from a MB parts supplier here in the UK.

Bearings are bearings and 99% of them come off the shelf. Look at the bearing and note the number on it and go to a bearing dealer and ask for one. It will be cheaper than Mercedes as that is all they did before they put it in a fancy box and marked the price up.
