The link from crutchfield.. they only have the rca connection and that's where I was misled . Back to bench test the stereo. Yellow to red - red to yellow hook up speaker leads - insert amp turn on lead. It really is this simple so I'm wondering about HU. No blown fuses right?
I have red and yellows switched, and the rest of the colors coordinating with the matching color. I'm not sure which wire to plug the amp turn on wire into! Coming from the harness that plugs into my Sony radio, the wire says remote out, and is blue/white. I've tried plugging it into the blue wire on the wires coming out of the car. I've even tried the blue/pinkish wire. None of them work!
