The ignition is completely locked up because the housing assembly is not functional. I am told that the housing (#2 on the attachment $548) and the key cylinder housing (#9 on the attachment $288). These are new and would be mapped to my current key.


Another option is to replace the steering column with a used column ($325). However, the key would be different than the door


I prefer the cheaper option.


Any advice for this problem?
