I will never, ever, ever, let a dealer do service on my car that I can do myself. You are setting yourself up for rape if you do. And, one more little hint: Chrysler could care less!!! Chalk it up to lesson learned, change the oil yourself...or take it to a garage/mechanic you trust...and then, WATCH them do it. Anything less, and you have just been had.
