2) The AC should be good for 5kW when hit with normal ambient air (hot day) coming into the cabin AC Evaporator. Hitting it with hot water should increase its capability significantly though. Then its just up to the condenser and pump to do the extra hard yards. I'd be sticking with an HX although plumbing introduces a PITA. OEM HX's should be good for 10kW if plumbed directly after the IC (hot water). A Supercooler would be up in the 20kW - based upon area. forget the kw's what you think it would not work better with a HE, i tried it and my iat temps were close to ambient ,,now i am well below. see the video.

3) I'd be putting the KC after a HX - even a stock one. If you put it before and the KC happens to pull temps below ambient - the HX will actually reheat the water. same as above

4) Isn't the tank....an optional extra...ie: luxury? It adds thermal inertia - but that also applies to cooling back down if it ever gets hot....ie: startup and after a hard run. the larger the tank (not so large you can't cool the water) 3 to 4.5 gal is what is needed.

5) Do the KC people offer a pressure drop at flow rate figure on the water side? I think the guy I originally spoke to about this was Kincaid....cant remember...
