Those batteries will be fine, but the corrosion isn't green thats the coating for the electronics to insulate them. the corrosions is brown red like all battery corrosion. My board was shot with corrosion and 2 electronics majors told me not to bother trying to solder the batteries back in due to the extreme corrosion and rot on the circuit board. If your problem has been going on for a long time(cricket on crack), then just replace the Alarm. They are cheap and easy.
