What you are looking for is the "Multi Purpose Tool", this is used to raise/lower your top if the hydraulics fail and also to remove the lower front grills to expose the tow ring. Should be in a plastic bag behind one of the seats in the cargo netting or in the trunk in the cubby hole in the pump area. If its not there, your Dealer should be able to get you one.
