you want an alternator not a chrysler alternator, chrysler alternators are mad of gold and precious gems and cost the earth.
there are two types fitted to the crossfire, find out what your one is and replace it. They are bosch or valeo. Look for the one you have, it should have a number on it somewhere. You are taking it out anyway so get to it.
