If you look at the majority of parts on the car you will find the Mercedes logo and their part number.
This is really nice as you will find that buying the part using the Mercedes part number will save you a lot of money.


Parts stamped AMG carry a Mercedes part number but lack the Mercedes Logo.

Parts specifically made for the Crossfire carry a Mercedes parts number and possibly they will appear later on a Mercedes model. There are not too many of them though. These Crossfire specific parts are identified with a number that starts A 193 XXX XX XX.
